Delete your account
You can delete your GRLS Do account at any time from inside the app. You don't need to contact us.

In the app
- Open GRLS Do and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what will happen and confirm.
You'll be signed out straight away and your profile disappears from other people's views immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, photo, bio, area, interests and date of birth.
- Your connections, saved events and social settings.
- Your messages. Other people will see “Deleted user” in place of your name.
- Your sign-in details and push notification tokens.
Deletion is completed within 30 days and can't be undone.
What we have to keep
- Booking and payment records for 6 years, because UK tax and accounting law requires it. These are kept separately and are not linked to a profile.
- Safety reports you made or that were made about your account, where needed to protect others or deal with legal claims.
Upcoming tickets
Deleting your account cancels your upcoming tickets. Refunds follow each event's refund policy, so you may want to transfer or use tickets first. If you're a host with upcoming events, cancel or transfer them before deleting.
Can't get into the app?
Email privacy@grlsdo.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account” and we'll do it for you within 30 days.
